What is a
Mindful IFS Practice?
With a mindfulness practice, we can live in the present moment recognizing all our thoughts, emotions, and body sensations that are parts of us. When we cease to live in the trance of our thoughts and engage with our parts in a meaningful way, parts of us begin to trust our Self and will relax and step aside. We can then lead our life with Self energy. This is called Self leadership. This is how we can maintain a sense of serenity despite the turbulent waves that crash into our lives as the storms come and go.
Who is IFS for?
IFS is for anyone who wants to improve their physical and emotional wellbeing.
